Hyster-Yale challenged us to create a thrilling recruitment video—one that didn’t just speak to job seekers but roared with energy straight into the hearts of ECU students. The goal: inspire new talent to join the Hyster-Yale team by lighting up the massive ECU football jumbotron with something unforgettable.

So we went big. ECU’s iconic PeeDee the Pirate leads an ecstatic all-employee cast charging through the office, radiating infectious team spirit. From shop floor to front office, every scene pulses with authenticity—a true snapshot of the people behind the brand.
After intense storyboarding sessions, we partnered closely with Hyster-Yale’s team to choreograph the movements of the day down to the minute. (Fun fact: 7th House means partnership in astrology—and we fully lived that name through this collaboration.)

The shoot? One exhilarating day. The cut? Edited in a flash. The vibe? Turned all the way up with a high-energy, pumping track by Luke Barba, perfectly synced to the action.
